Job Description:
🏦 **Bank Teller - Fresh Graduate - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank**
**Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt)** is hiring a **Bank Teller** in Cairo.
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle cash deposits and withdrawals in **EGP and foreign currencies**
🔹 Process cheque deposits, withdrawals, clearing and collection
🔹 Verify customer IDs, signatures and transaction limits
🔹 Maintain accurate cash balances with **zero shortages or excesses**
🔹 Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints when required
🔹 Coordinate daily branch cash requirements and shipments
🔹 Prepare cash reports and archive daily transactions
🔹 Process incoming transfers through **ADIB Remit**
🔹 Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to the relevant teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with **CBE, AML and ADIB policies**
🔹 Support UAT testing and complaint investigations
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree
✔️ **0–2 years of relevant Teller experience**
✔️ Previous internship experience or university activities is preferred
✔️ Very good **MS Word & MS Excel** skills
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Self-motivated and customer-focused
✔️ **CV should include educational background and residence area**
