### 🔎 What You’ll Do
🔹 Enter, update and maintain data accurately in **SAP**
🔹 Handle daily data entry and administrative tasks
🔹 Maintain organized records and documentation
🔹 Prepare and update reports
🔹 Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
🔹 Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies
🔹 Support Accounting & Finance teams with data entry and documentation
🔹 Provide administrative support for daily operations
🔹 Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures
🔹 Identify data/process issues and support continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
✔️ **1–2 years of relevant experience** in Data Entry, Administration, Customer Service or related roles
✔️ Previous **SAP experience is highly preferred**
✔️ Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Good organization and time-management skills
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔️ Proactive and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field is preferred
