Job Description:

🏦 **Payroll Acquisition Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer** **Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt)** is hiring across multiple levels within **Payroll Acquisition** in Cairo. 📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt 💼 **Type:** Full-Time 🏦 **Field:** Payroll Banking • Sales • Client Engagement • Banking Operations ### 🔎 About the Role The role focuses on growing payroll client relationships, identifying **cross-selling opportunities**, supporting product onboarding and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth and timely banking services. ### 🎯 What You’ll Do 🔹 Identify cross-selling opportunities within payroll client portfolios 🔹 Understand client needs and recommend relevant banking products 🔹 Support bundled product promotions and client engagement activities 🔹 Assist managers with cross-sell proposals and sales conversion 🔹 Track sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility 🔹 Engage payroll clients and understand their financial requirements 🔹 Follow up after client meetings to support timely sales closure 🔹 Coordinate product onboarding documentation and client updates 🔹 Liaise with internal departments to process applications efficiently 🔹 Monitor onboarding milestones and prevent delays 🔹 Maintain accurate sales records and reporting 🔹 Ensure sales activities comply with bank policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
