We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security. The role involves hands-on technical responsibility across servers, networking, ERP, backups, and end-user support.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and networking devices

Administer IP Telephony systems (Grandstream, FreePBX, or similar)

Manage backup solutions (Veeam, QNAP) and implement Disaster Recovery Plans

Administer Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint

Support and manage Odoo ERP systems, including servers and backups

Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)

Configure and maintain VPN connections (Site-to-Site & Remote Access)

Monitor printing systems, user quotas, and hardware infrastructure

Implement cybersecurity best practices and conduct security assessments

Manage antivirus, RMM systems, alerts, scripts, and dashboards

Prepare laptops/desktops for new hires and ensure system readiness

Maintain structured cabling and infrastructure stability

Continuously improve IT systems and infrastructure

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Odoo ERP

Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, QNAP)

Solid understanding of VPN technologies and network security

Experience with IP Telephony systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and within a team

Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, VMware Certified, or equivalent
