MATGR for Engineering and Trading is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful CEO Office Manager to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO and ensure smooth daily operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and professionally rephrase and circulate them
Welcome and assist visitors for top management
Follow up on projects and tasks assigned by the CEO/General Manager to departments
Ensure timely execution and progress tracking across teams
Job Requirements:
5–12 years of overall experience
4–7 years of proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaborative tools
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project coordination is a plus
