We’re hiring **bilingual Arabic & English speakers** to help make advanced AI models safer by evaluating how they handle sensitive topics in Arabic.
🤖 **No prior AI/ML experience required — training is provided.**
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Write expert-level prompts in **Arabic** across sensitive subject areas
🔹 Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations
🔹 Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns
🔹 Document the reasoning behind your judgments
🔹 Apply strong cultural and linguistic judgment when evaluating AI behavior
Job Requirements:
✅ Native or near-native **Arabic fluency**
✅ Business-level written **English**
✅ Bachelor’s degree — completed or in progress
✅ Strong written reasoning and attention to detail
✅ Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information
### Nice to Have
⭐ Based in **Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region** — preferred, not required
⭐ Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written/technical content
⭐ Background in **Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Evaluation, or Adversarial Testing**
