We’re hiring **Quality Analysts** on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across projects.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Review work products against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
🔹 Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly
🔹 Provide structured and actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
🔹 Track quality metrics and identify recurring issues and trends
🔹 Help improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones
Job Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in **Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or similar review-focused roles**
✅ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors others may miss
✅ Excellent written communication skills
✅ Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
✅ Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving standards
✅ Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace
### Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with **data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows**
⭐ Experience working with distributed or remote teams
