We are hiring Science Specialists fluent in Arabic to contribute to a global AI training project. This role focuses on improving advanced language models by challenging them with real-world and theoretical science problems and documenting reasoning failures to enhance model accuracy and scientific literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with AI models using real-world and theoretical science scenarios

Validate factual accuracy and logical reasoning in scientific responses

Identify, document, and reproduce model errors

Suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics

Cover topics including physics, chemistry, earth science, astronomy, environmental science, and scientific inquiry

Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a scientific discipline

Teaching, research, lab/field work, publishing, or science communication experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to clearly explain scientific reasoning (“show your work”)

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong scientific literacy

Secure personal computer and high-speed internet

Ability to work independently and remotely
