🔧 Spare Parts Administrator – Huawei
📍 Location: Giza, Al Jizah, Egypt
Huawei is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator to manage spare parts stock, logistics, and accounting aspects for multiple projects. This role ensures cost-efficient spare parts availability, adherence to procedures, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain stock safety and manage spare parts database with HQ
Track spare parts delivery and control warehousing and transportation logistics
Ensure inventory availability to support customers and field technicians
Manage SLAs with logistics service providers and customers
Arrange invoices and monitor business costs
Support daily spare parts operations efficiently and cost-effectively
Implement and enforce standard procedures for spare parts handling, delivery, and return
Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory management, or warehousing
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Proficient in IT tools and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to visit warehouses inside and outside Cairo
Ability to work under pressure and maintain customer satisfaction
