Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring initiatives, elevate the candidate experience, and support business growth through high-quality talent acquisition.


This role acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs, blending strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to build a future-ready workforce.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment


Lead the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Manage sourcing, assessments, offers, and onboarding.


Ensure hires comply with approved budgets and compensation structures.


Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development


Build robust pipelines for critical and niche roles.


Use advanced sourcing tools, market mapping, and industry insights.


Stay updated on emerging hiring trends and technologies.


Employer Branding & Engagement


Represent Al-Futtaim Real Estate at hiring events and networks.


Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.


Stakeholder Management


Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align recruitment with business priorities.


Communicate clearly and manage expectations throughout the process.


Data-Driven HR Decisions


Track recruitment KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.


Improve hiring quality, speed, and diversity outcomes.


🧠 Skills & Competencies


Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.


Stakeholder management and influencing skills.


Business acumen within real estate or related industries.


Proficient with SAP Recruitment Module or similar ATS.


Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


🎓 Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.


5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Real Estate, Contracting, or Retail.


Hands-on experience with pipelines, full-cycle recruitment, and advising leadership teams.
