You will deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) while helping guests and partners resolve issues related to bookings, flights, activities, payments, and more.


Your daily work directly contributes to improving Agoda’s customer experience and global service efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


Provide real-time assistance to customers in English & Portuguese.


Handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.


Support multiple Agoda products after training.


Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and customer experience.


Contribute ideas to enhance self-service tools and product features.


Own customer issues until fully resolved.

Requirements


Advanced Portuguese + English (B2+).
