An international company with a strong global presence is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations while supporting business and financial objectives through efficient planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

🧩 Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing the flow of products across the supply chain. The role ensures accurate demand forecasting, effective inventory management, and seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This position acts as a key interface between central and regional teams to secure maximum product availability at optimal cost while enhancing supply chain efficiency and reliability.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s supply chain strategy

Build, manage, and continuously improve demand forecasting models

Monitor and adjust supply plans based on market and business changes

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions

Improve demand forecast accuracy through data analysis and process enhancements

Manage and optimize inventory levels in line with group guidelines

Set and maintain local inventory parameters aligned with operational needs

Provide timely updates on demand, supply, and inventory performance to management

Maintain strong coordination with sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing teams

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements

Analyze logistics and shipping data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth and cost-efficient product flows

Coordinate with shipping, clearance, and insurance partners

Track, analyze, and report on supply chain KPIs

Recommend and implement cost-effective process improvements

🎓 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or similar roles

Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPSM are preferred
