We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager (Finished Products) to lead warehouse operations, ensure stock accuracy, and optimize efficiency across the supply chain.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

📦 Daily Operations Excellence

Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching finished goods.

Maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouse activities.

⚙️ Process Improvement

Develop and implement warehouse procedures to minimize errors.

Support continuous improvement across warehouse functions.

🤝 Cross-Department Coordination

Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely replenishment.

👥 Team Leadership

Manage warehouse staff: training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

📊 Inventory Control & Reporting

Monitor stock levels and provide regular operational reports to management.

🦺 Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to safety standards and internal policies.

🔷 Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.

💼 Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience (FMCG/Retail preferred).
