📍 Location: Alsadat City, Monufya
🕘 Employment: Full Time
💼 Experience: 5–10 years
Food Alliance is hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee all non-agricultural procurement operations, ensuring materials, equipment, tools, and services are always available for smooth industrial operations.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
🛒 Procurement Management
Oversee all non-agricultural purchasing: engineering spare parts, maintenance needs, utilities-related supplies, PPE, office supplies & services.
Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with warehouse & departments.
🤝 Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
Source, evaluate & negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices and reliable supply.
Build strong vendor relationships and track performance.
🏭 Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production Support, Finance, and Administration to ensure on-time procurement.
📑 Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to policies, financial controls & purchasing procedures.
Manage contracts, service agreements & ERP procurement workflows.
🔷 Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree
💼 5–10 years of experience in industrial procurement (preferably frozen/chilled food industry)
🔧 Strong experience in purchasing spare parts, machinery, engineering supplies, PPE & operational materials
🚫 No involvement in raw produce procurement
📊 Strong negotiation, cost control & vendor management skills
💻 ERP procurement proficiency
🗣️ Excellent communication & analytical skills
