Job Description:
⚙️ Develop & execute fleet operational strategies to meet performance targets
📋 Ensure compliance with licensing, permits & regulatory requirements
📡 Utilize GPS & telematics to optimize routing and delivery efficiency
💰 Manage fleet budgets, control costs & optimize resource allocation
🤝 Negotiate & manage contracts with fuel suppliers, vendors & service providers
👥 Lead, coach & motivate drivers and support teams
🛠️ Resolve team conflicts constructively and ensure high performance
📚 Train staff on fleet technologies and operational systems
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 6+ years of relevant fleet / logistics experience
✔ Certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation are a plus
✔ Very good command of MS Office
✔ Very good English (spoken & written)
✔ Strong leadership & decision-making skills
