Job Description:
• Oversee and manage all administrative operations and support services across the company
• Supervise security operations, gates, access control, and implementation of security procedures
• Manage cafeteria, buffet, and hospitality services while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
• Oversee housekeeping, cleaning, and general services activities
• Supervise transportation operations, fleet management, drivers, maintenance, licensing, and fuel usage
• Follow up on government relations activities including licenses, permits, labor office, and social insurance matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
• Manage outsourced service providers and contractors
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and cost control analyses for management review
• Lead and develop administrative teams to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate administrative support across departments within the factory environment
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Administration and Facilities Management
• Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments is mandatory
• Proven experience managing security, transportation, housekeeping, cafeteria, and government relations
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of governmental procedures and labor regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
