Job Description:
✈️ Oversee international transportation (air, sea, road) & freight forwarding
📄 Ensure customs compliance, import/export regulations & trade documentation
📊 Monitor KPIs, performance metrics & service level agreements
🤝 Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers & 3PL partners
💡 Develop logistics strategies, drive cost optimization & process improvement
⚠️ Identify risks & implement mitigation plans for cross-border operations
👥 Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse & sales teams
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
✔ 8–12 years of logistics experience with international exposure
✔ Hands-on experience managing multi-country operations
✔ Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs & trade compliance
✔ Proficiency with ERP/logistics systems and TMS tools
✔ Leadership, negotiation & vendor management skills
✔ Remote work readiness & fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
