Job Description:
✔ Support recruitment coordination & HR approvals
✔ Assist with onboarding, policies, and employee communications
✔ Maintain HR/Admin documents & records with high accuracy
✔ Coordinate vendors, agreements, and cost tracking
✔ Support merchandise & branding initiatives
✔ Assist with bookkeeping handoffs and compliance tasks
Job Requirements:
✔ 2+ years in HR/Admin or operations support
✔ Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho HR or similar)
✔ Strong organization, communication & multitasking skills
✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
✔ Creative mindset (Canva / basic design tools is a plus)
