Job Description:
📦 Manage order processing, shipping & freight booking
🚚 Coordinate with freight forwarders & customs brokers
📄 Prepare & review shipping documents (Invoice, PL, BL/AWB, COO)
🛃 Ensure full compliance with LC & ACID regulations
⏱️ Achieve on-time customs clearance & avoid demurrage/detention
📊 Prepare daily logistics reports & support cost control initiatives
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
✔ 5–8 years of experience in logistics, shipping & customs clearance
✔ Strong knowledge of import/export regulations & LC handling
✔ Hands-on experience with freight forwarders & authorities
✔ ERP / SAP experience is highly preferred
✔ High attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
