Job Description:
Linah Farms is hiring an experienced Logistics Manager (Import & Export) to lead end-to-end international logistics operations with a strong focus on cold chain, trade compliance, and cost optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Manage end-to-end import & export logistics operations
🚛 Lead freight, transport & 3PL management with cost optimization
🛃 Handle customs, government authorities & trade compliance
📑 Manage export documentation & subsidy files
❄️ Ensure cold chain integrity for perishable exports
📊 Control logistics budget & KPIs (OTIF, cost/shipment, transit time)
🤝 Coordinate with farms, packing houses, sales, quality & finance
⚠️ Manage logistics risks & drive continuous process improvement
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
✔ 7–10 years of experience in import & export logistics
✔ Strong background in agri-business, FMCG, or perishables
✔ Solid knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation & compliance
✔ Hands-on experience with freight forwarders & shipping lines
✔ Experience with cold chain logistics is essential
✔ ERP systems & advanced Excel skills
✔ Exposure to Middle East, Europe, or GCC markets is a strong plus
✔ Certifications (CSCP, CILT, FIATA) are an advantage
