Job Description:
We’re hiring a Procurement Section Head to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization while ensuring strong governance and compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📑 Lead end-to-end procurement (RFQ/RFP, contracts, POs)
🤝 Manage strategic suppliers & negotiate terms and SLAs
📉 Drive cost savings & value improvement initiatives
👥 Lead, coach & develop the procurement team
📊 Track KPIs, reporting & procurement performance
⚙️ Improve processes and ensure effective SAP usage
Job Requirements:
✔ 7–10 years of procurement experience
✔ 3+ years in a supervisory / section head role
✔ Strong contract & supplier management background
✔ SAP user – Mandatory
✔ Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management
