Job Description:
📦 Coordinate inbound & outbound cargo across air, road, rail & sea
📝 Prepare, review & validate shipping documents (B/L, invoices, tariffs)
🚛 Arrange pickups, deliveries & routing to terminals
💬 Negotiate transport terms with carriers to optimize cost & timelines
📍 Track shipments & provide accurate updates
📊 Record shipment data, weights & costs to support AI training datasets
🌐 Advise on shipping methods, payments & regulatory compliance
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as Logistics Coordinator, Freight Agent, Freight Forwarder, or similar
✔ Strong knowledge of shipping documentation & cargo operations
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Familiarity with shipment tracking systems & terminals
✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
✔ Comfortable working remotely & independently
⭐ Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with international freight regulations & customs
➕ Exposure to AI, machine learning, or digital logistics platforms
➕ Multi-modal shipping experience
