Job Description:
Cash & AR Operations
• Manage AP/AR cash applications within ERP systems
• Handle dunning process and respond to payment-related queries
• Perform bank reconciliations across accounts
• Monitor and log incoming corporate correspondence
AP Invoices & Receipts
• Manage AP inboxes and vendor communications
• Process invoices and credit notes into systems (e.g., Ramp)
• Track corporate card usage and follow up on missing receipts
• Create and maintain vendor profiles across systems
Automation & AI Support
• Assist in testing AI-driven finance tools
• Perform data integrity and reconciliation checks
• Review automated entries and flag discrepancies before go-live
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or accounting ops
• Experience with ERP/finance tools (Rillet, Ramp, Stripe is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail (reconciliation, data accuracy)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable testing automation workflows
