Job Description:
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
• Understand customer requirements and deliver high service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and operational issues
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
📦 Operations & Shipment Management
• Manage end-to-end shipment processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
• Support onboarding of new clients and operational programs
• Anticipate issues proactively and communicate effective solutions
📈 Service Improvement & Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to strengthen customer relationships
• Support innovation and process enhancement initiatives
Job Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Experience or Customer Service
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
