Job Description:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
• Monitor network performance and maintain system security
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system errors quickly
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection
• Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Coordinate with external vendors when required
• Support implementation of new systems and software tools
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
