Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Coordinate projects with design, content, and marketing teams
• Monitor timelines, approvals, and project delivery
• Schedule and manage social media content
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Support content creation, captions, and content calendars
• Handle client feedback and ensure smooth workflow across teams
• Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of marketing agency experience (MUST)
• Background in account management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong English & Arabic communication skills
• Experience with Outlook, OneDrive, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing workflows
• GCC market experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ready to start immediately
