Job Description:
👥 Client Relationship Management
• Act as the first point of contact for clients
• Support urgent and visa-related client requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Attend meetings and maintain strong client relationships
📊 Account Management & Operations
• Track client account performance and service quality
• Escalate operational risks when needed
• Support service improvement strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
💼 Payroll & Documentation
• Execute monthly payroll processes based on client inputs
• Manage payroll trackers using Excel and Smartsheet
• Generate payslips and maintain payroll documentation accuracy
🌍 Residency & Visa Management
• Track KSA residency renewals and visa timelines
• Coordinate with embassies and authorized agencies
• Maintain employee visa records and documentation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or client-facing roles
• Experience managing complex customer accounts and projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Familiarity with CRM and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Odoo, or Zoho
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
• Background in KSA HR operations or residency processes is preferred
