Job Description:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, and job boards
• Screen CVs and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct daily remote video interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with founders and candidates
• Write and optimize job advertisements
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and outreach workflows
• Track hiring progress and maintain CRM/ATS updates
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Job Requirements:
• Native-level English fluency with strong communication skills
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong experience using Wuzzuf and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Daily use of AI tools for recruitment workflows
• Experience conducting remote interviews
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Recruitment agency experience
• Experience hiring for sales roles (SDR / AE / Closers)
• Familiarity with UK and US job markets
• Experience with Tally, Discord, or Cal.com
