Traze is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its client and IB network across MENA, focusing on FX, commodities, and multi-asset trading markets. This is a high-performance sales-driven role in the fintech brokerage space.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with IBs, Money Managers, and trading partners
• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Grow trading volume, deposits, and client acquisition pipelines
• Identify and target high-value clients in MENA region
• Cross-sell trading services to qualified retail clients
• Develop customized proposals based on client trading needs
• Attend industry events and generate new business opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and track client interactions
• Follow up on funding, account activation, and trading activity
• Stay updated on FX, commodities, indices, and crypto markets
• Advise clients on trading strategies and market trends
• Achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 4+ years of experience in FX / CFD brokerage sales
• Strong understanding of financial markets (FX, commodities, indices, equities)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong sales mindset (hunter mentality)
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and regions
• Knowledge of technical & fundamental analysis
• Strong CRM usage and client management skills
