Servo for Electronic Solutions is hiring Fresh Graduate Call Center Agents for its Arabic Account. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to start their career in customer service and customer support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and politely
• Deliver excellent customer service experiences
• Support customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate communication and follow-up
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
