SAP is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive customer value realization, solution adoption, account growth, and long-term success across strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires strong Procurement and SAP Fieldglass expertise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer success and account management strategies
• Drive adoption, consumption, and value realization of SAP solutions
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers
• Create and manage Outcome Success Plans and adoption roadmaps
• Monitor customer satisfaction and SLA performance
• Act as primary escalation point for customer issues
• Coordinate with SAP Global Customer Success teams and experts
• Identify opportunities for license expansion and additional SAP services
• Lead customer engagement activities across the LACE lifecycle
• Manage complex customer projects and strategic initiatives
• Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Support contract discussions and commercial account planning
• Contribute best practices, customer success frameworks, and success playbooks
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience with SAP Fieldglass is mandatory
• Strong Procurement Line of Business experience
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Procurement, or Enterprise Software
• Experience managing complex customer engagements
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience developing account strategies and success plans
• Commercial and contract negotiation experience
• Ability to drive software adoption and consumption
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers and senior executives
• Knowledge of SAP commercial and account management systems
➕ Preferred:
• Leadership or team management experience
• Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts
• Strong consulting and business transformation background
