TSC is hiring a Facilities Administrator to lead facilities operations, lease management, maintenance programs, vendor relationships, workplace planning, and infrastructure projects while supporting company growth and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute facilities management strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage facility acquisition, construction, renovation, and lease closeout activities
• Review and negotiate lease agreements and landlord concessions
• Maintain lease records, budgets, and expense tracking
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical infrastructure systems
• Manage facilities budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop risk management and emergency preparedness plans
• Lead space planning, office relocations, expansions, and workplace optimization
• Manage facility management systems, asset tracking, and work orders
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Operations, and Property teams
• Develop KPIs and performance reports for facilities operations
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of facilities management experience
• 5+ years in a management role
• Strong experience in lease negotiations and facility contracts
• Experience with leasehold improvements, rent abatements, and tenant negotiations
• Expertise in building operations, project management, and vendor management
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Experience with facilities software and asset management systems
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
➕ Preferred:
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Facility Management Professional (FMP)
• LEED Accredited Professional (AP)
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational best practices
• Experience using technology and analytics in facilities operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
