📅 Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM (UK Hours)
Palm Outsourcing is hiring a Logistics Coordinator / Specialist to manage end-to-end international freight operations from China to distribution centers and Amazon Fulfillment Centers across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international freight shipments from China to global markets
• Handle Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) bookings and shipment planning
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Optimize container utilization and reduce shipping costs
• Ensure customs compliance and documentation accuracy
• Track shipments and resolve logistics disruptions proactively
• Maintain shipping milestones and logistics workflows on Monday.com
• Update logistics records and reporting through SAP ByDesign
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, and Manufacturing teams
• Build and maintain logistics process documentation and best practices
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
• 2+ years of direct Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) booking experience
• Strong knowledge of international freight and customs clearance
• Experience with import/export documentation and shipping processes
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
➕ Preferred:
• Experience with Monday.com
• Experience using SAP ByDesign or similar ERP systems
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and international trade trends
