Red Bull is hiring a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to lead demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes while ensuring product availability and alignment with business growth objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using sales, marketing, and market data
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align demand plans
• Manage forecasting for products and POSM materials
• Develop and execute supply plans to ensure product availability
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining stock freshness
• Support new product launches and supply chain readiness
• Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings
• Align local supply plans with global business strategies
• Monitor distributor inventory levels and mitigate supply risks
• Identify and address slow-moving stock and expiry risks
• Manage planning and deployment of coolers and POSM assets
• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
• Lead supply chain projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with logistics providers, distributors, and regulatory authorities
Job Requirements:
• 7–8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Management
• Strong experience in Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP, IBP, Excel, and forecasting tools
• Experience managing S&OP / IBP processes
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working with 3PL providers and distribution partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• APICS certification is a plus
