talabat is hiring a Sr. Manager Logistics Operations to lead Egypt’s supply ecosystem, drive fleet growth, manage 3PL partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across the logistics network.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Talabat Egypt’s rider supply and logistics operations strategy
• Develop and execute supply acquisition and growth plans
• Manage long-term supply forecasting and workforce planning
• Launch new supply channels including female riders, refugees, e-bikes, and micro-financing initiatives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships and vendor management
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards for partners
• Build strong relationships with strategic logistics and delivery partners
• Lead on-ground operations teams to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
• Monitor key logistics metrics including EPH, supply rate, rider retention, and on-time delivery performance
• Drive process improvements, automation, and technology-enabled solutions
• Manage rider equipment, uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bike operations
• Coach and develop high-performing operations and logistics teams
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Commercial, and People teams to support business objectives
Job Requirements:
• Strong experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Last-Mile Delivery, or Fleet Management
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale operations teams
• Experience managing 3PL providers and vendor performance
• Strong analytical, planning, and operational excellence skills
• Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and supply management
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven decision-making and KPI management expertise
• Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, quick commerce, or logistics platforms is highly preferred
