Data Annotation Specialist | $40/hr Remote 📍 EMEA (Remote) 🏢 Crossing Hurdles 🕒 Contract 💰 $20 - $40/hour 🌍 Remote | 10–40 Hours Weekly Crossing Hurdles is hiring Data Annotation Specialists to help train and improve AI models by evaluating content, applying scoring rubrics, and providing high-quality feedback to support machine learning development. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and score AI-generated responses using predefined rubrics • Annotate and categorize datasets to improve AI model performance • Review content for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and quality • Provide detailed and actionable feedback on AI outputs • Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across large datasets • Collaborate with teams to refine scoring criteria and annotation standards • Document findings and maintain accurate annotation records • Support AI training and machine learning improvement initiatives • Identify content quality issues and suggest enhancements • Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the evaluation process

Job Requirements:
