🚀 Join a leading industrial group and play a key role in managing end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth international shipment execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual logistics agreements
• Maintain accurate and updated logistics and shipping data
• Analyze trade regulations to ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Arrange air and sea shipments based on Booking Order Forms (BOFs)
• Issue RFQs to 3PLs and steamship lines and negotiate competitive rates
• Prepare Shipping Declaration Forms (SDF) and Insurance Declaration Forms (IDF)
• Collect and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading)
• Coordinate importation procedures and documentation with clients and suppliers
• Follow up on payments and logistics service provider invoices
• Prepare weekly shipping and logistics performance reports
• Maintain updated Shipping Quotations Form (SQF) with market trends
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (preferred)
• Familiar with CargoX and Nafeza platforms (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
