Breadfast is hiring a Fintech Operations Manager to lead and scale Breadfast Pay operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, fraud mitigation, and seamless fintech service delivery across all channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily fintech operations and ensure smooth execution of Breadfast Pay services
• Manage chargebacks, disputes, and payment operations processes
• Monitor fraud cases and coordinate preventive and corrective actions with Fraud teams
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and partner standards
• Conduct compliance reviews across stores and branches handling fintech products
• Monitor service levels and ensure SLA adherence
• Manage on-ground fintech operations, including manpower, inventory, and operational readiness
• Support customer acquisition and activation campaigns with Marketing and Growth teams
• Train and supervise store agents on fintech products and customer onboarding procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop the fintech operations team to achieve KPIs
• Establish quality control frameworks and operational excellence standards
• Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Fraud, CX, Marketing, Business, and Growth teams
• Act as the primary operational contact for banks, payment partners, and fintech stakeholders
• Prepare operational reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced degree or fintech certifications are a plus
• 7–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, card operations, or financial services
• 3–4 years of leadership or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, card schemes, and payment operations
• Experience managing chargebacks, fraud prevention, and operational risk
• Strong understanding of fintech compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
