Fawry MSME Finance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, support onboarding activities, and help attract top talent across different business functions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment cycle for entry-level to senior-level positions
• Coordinate interviews and handle all related scheduling and administration
• Maintain accurate hiring plans and vacancy tracking records
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verification processes
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database from multiple sourcing channels
• Review and update job descriptions with hiring managers
• Coordinate onboarding activities including welcome emails, workspace setup, and induction plans
• Partner with HR and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
• Manage internal transfer processes and support employee mobility initiatives
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High customer-service orientation toward candidates and hiring managers
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
