ALEXBANK is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to manage and grow high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, deliver tailored wealth solutions, and drive portfolio profitability within a premium banking environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and onboard Private Banking & HNW clients through networking, referrals, and events
• Develop personalized investment and wealth management strategies aligned with client goals
• Serve as the primary relationship manager ensuring premium client experience
• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) through acquisition and upselling
• Drive portfolio profitability and ensure optimal financial performance per client
• Maintain strong client retention and minimize attrition through relationship expansion
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Ensure full compliance with CBE regulations and internal banking policies
Job Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Relationship Management / Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, asset allocation, and financial planning
• Excellent communication and client advisory skills
• Strong analytical thinking and market awareness
• Ability to interpret complex financial data into clear client solutions
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
• Wealth Management certifications (CISI, Private Banking Certificate, etc.)
