⭐ About the Role:
You will support day-to-day e-commerce and business operations, working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily e-commerce and operational activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment partners
• Assist in order management, inventory tracking, and process execution
• Handle customer service activities and order-related escalations
• Track invoices, payments, and operational documentation
• Support cross-functional coordination across multiple regions
• Work closely with leadership on operational priorities
Job Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, customer support, or supply chain coordination
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
✔ Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools knowledge
✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership
