P&G is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, logistics operations, supply planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across international supply chain networks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Execute supply planning, inventory planning, and material planning processes
• Develop and maintain inventory targets based on service levels and forecast accuracy
• Monitor and deliver key KPIs including customer service levels, inventory, and cost targets
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and stock replenishment teams
• Identify and resolve supply chain risks such as material shortages and demand fluctuations
• Support new product launches and supply chain projects
• Analyze reports, data, and performance metrics to improve operations
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree
✔ 0–3 years of relevant experience
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
✔ Professional English communication skills
✔ Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
✔ Basic programming or IT knowledge is a plus
✔ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
