Job Description:
CIB Bank is hiring a Bank Teller to join its branch operations team and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced banking environment.
💼 Job Purpose:
To handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strict banking controls and compliance standards.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cash counter transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle ATM functions including replenishment and reporting issues
• Maintain daily cash balancing and branch cash needs coordination
• Ensure compliance with banking procedures, AML regulations, and CBE guidelines
• Identify and report discrepancies, fraud risks, and exceptions
• Provide excellent customer service and support branch KPIs
• Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate end-of-day reporting and documentation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience
• Good command of English & Arabic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented and detail-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
