Job Description:
• Lead the Finance Department and oversee Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, Costing, FP&A, and Financial Analysis functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking, and financing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for business expansions.
• Monitor production costs, waste, losses, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial controls.
• Lead financial planning and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Manage ERP financial systems and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
✅ 15+ years of experience in Finance, including leadership roles.
✅ Strong experience within Manufacturing Companies (Food Industry preferred).
✅ Advanced SAP FICO experience is required.
✅ Strong background in budgeting, treasury, costing, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
