Job Description:
🚀 Join Solvia Agency and manage client relationships across Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt while working remotely with a dynamic digital marketing team.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage 8–15 active client accounts across GCC & Egypt
• Lead client onboarding, kickoff meetings, and project scoping
• Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews
• Coordinate with design, content, strategy, and media buying teams
• Translate client feedback into actionable tasks
• Identify upselling and contract renewal opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Resolve client concerns proactively
• Maintain accurate CRM and project management records
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience
• Previous experience working with GCC clients is a must
• Fluent Arabic & Professional English
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Branding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
⭐ Preferred:
• Agency-side experience
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Experience with F&B, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce clients
• Experience managing enterprise-level GCC accounts
