Job Description:
📌 About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the MENA Academic and Government Consulting team within Research & Analytics. The role focuses on managing complex consulting projects with universities, government bodies, and R&D organizations, ensuring successful delivery of innovation and research transformation programs.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end project execution, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements across academia, government, and industry
• Maintain risk, issues, and dependency tracking (RAID log)
• Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and progress updates to clients and leadership
• Support implementation of innovation and commercialization frameworks
• Ensure alignment between project outcomes and organizational strategy
• Lead communication with clients and resolve project-related issues
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management or consulting
• Certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile or equivalent experience)
• Experience with government, academic, or R&D clients
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Consulting or innovation ecosystem experience is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL / R / Python is a plus
