Job Description:
We are hiring Course Coordinators for Mahmoud Desouky Orthopedic Courses (MDOC), a platform providing specialized online courses for orthopedic surgeons.
🔹 Role Overview:
You will handle communication, customer support, and platform coordination for course participants while managing social media updates and basic data entry tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to inquiries via calls and social media
• Manage and update subscriber accounts on the learning platform
• Support users with login and course access issues
• Post and share updates/promotions on Facebook regularly
• Perform data entry using Google Sheets
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and deadlines are met
Job Requirements:
• Fresh graduates preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Presentable and highly motivated personality
• English level B2+ / C1
• Cairo residents only
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
⏰ Working Hours:
• 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Fridays OFF
💰 Compensation:
• 6,000 EGP + commissions
📍 Important:
