Job Description:
🚀 A leading ERP & Digital Transformation company is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead People & Culture initiatives and drive organizational growth in a dynamic technology environment.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational development
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Develop HR policies, processes, and employee experience programs
• Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR escalations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR governance standards
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong background in HR Operations, Talent Management, and People Management
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition management experience is a must
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in ERP, Software, Technology, Consulting, or Professional Services environments is preferred
• Experience with HR systems, HR analytics, and modern HR tools is a plus
• Very good English communication skills
