We are looking for an experienced HR Section Head to lead recruitment activities and support talent acquisition initiatives across multiple functions and organizational levels.
🎯 Position: HR Section Head
📍 Location: Sheraton, Cairo
⏰ Working Hours: 8 Hours / Day
📅 Days Off: 2 Days Off per Week
Key Responsibilities
👥 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Lead recruitment activities for White Collar, Blue Collar, and Technical positions
✅ Execute mass hiring projects and workforce planning requirements
✅ Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
✅ Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
📈 HR Operations & Leadership
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
✅ Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring progress
✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
✅ Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
✅ Lead and coordinate recruitment activities across different departments
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
✔ Strong background in hiring White Collar, Blue Collar, and Technical positions
✔ Experience managing the complete recruitment cycle
✔ Previous experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
✔ Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
