FABMISR is hiring a Payroll Logistics Coordinator (Outsource) to support payroll implementation activities and coordinate between corporate clients and branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate payroll implementation with corporate clients
• Schedule and organize payroll visits with companies and branch teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payroll plans
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of payroll activities
• Ensure accurate collection and timely submission of all required documents
• Track payroll account opening progress and employee onboarding
• Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks across different teams and timelines
